Here's a little bit of my story.
I moved to the US with a single suitcase and limited ability to communicate; English is my second language. After landing two scholarships (graduating magna cum laude) enter, Nike, the behemoth of action and storytelling.
We all know "Just Do It" but few have lived it from the inside out – embedded into every demand and driven into every challenge. Making it past the tonnage of applicants, only a handful are able to ride the waves of the fast-changing re-orgs or volume of work. I did that like a champ for over 10+ years.
Think of Nike as my Corporate boot camp with the butt-kicking to prepare and inspire work and others to successfully rise to unforeseen heights – across hundreds of projects, mediums, platforms, to deliver outstanding inspirational consumer experiences. Whether on the agency and brand side, initiatives small or global in scale I thrive most when I'm envisioning how to extend a brand, setting a new direction while bringing iconic sports moments to life and product innovations to launch.
The best part? Leading with purpose and sharing the journey with workmates that fills my cup every single day.
