Backcountry Flyfishing Guide
PROBLEM
Fly fishing is a niche but high-potential category on Backcountry's site. To grow its audience, we were tasked with creating a “How to Choose the Best Gear” guide.
ACTION
We aimed to build authenticity and showcase our expertise by casting well-known fly-fishing guides and photographing them on the Green River.
The photos highlighted the connection with nature and the broader experience of fly fishing—it’s about the journey, not just the catch.
RESULT
The guide successfully boosted sales in this small category and positioned Backcountry as a trusted player in the specialized world of fly fishing.
